Seek urgent advice if your pet has:
- Difficulty breathing or collapse
- Severe bleeding or a major injury
- Repeated seizures
- A swollen abdomen with distress
- Possible poisoning or medication ingestion
- Difficulty passing urine
- Persistent vomiting with weakness

Call the practice so the team can prepare and give safe first-aid instructions. Do not give human medication unless a vet specifically tells you to.

Outside normal opening hours, your call will direct you to the veterinary team providing emergency cover for Willow & Oak patients.
